1. Fill out and submit the online REGISTRATION form below.

2. Click the Donation box and follow the instructions...please donate $50...if you are able!    

3. All donations are tax deductible. If you are able to donate above $50 you will be blessing the Restoration Sports ministry and/or an attendee who is unable to donate.

4. Please pray with us as we all prepare for a wonderful time together!
